Easy to talk to | Helpfulness | Value for Money |
Janet is perceptive and non-judgmental. This meant that I could talk to her honestly about difficult feelings and subjects. Janet was clear in her explanations, enabling me, for example, to understand the difference between worries and anxiety and to learn the tools to manage some worries and eliminate others. There was a clear plan to the work we undertook, with goals set and then regular reviews of those goals and resetting as necessary. For me this meant that I made steady, incremental progress overall. Any setbacks were dealt with by Janet in a reassuring way. In a nutshell, Janet has helped me to turn my life around.
