I found it incredibly easy to share my story with Waheena immediately, she has an amazing quality of making you feel as though you are sharing with a friend whilst still having the boundaries of a professional.

Waheena has a very calming nature which has allowed me to feel very comfortable with my sessions, and allowed me to open up about me. I feel that she has travelled with me on my journey, through listening and discussing important things that are so relevant to aid my progress from the loss of my partner.
