Easy to talk to | Helpfulness | Value for Money |
Gaynor is easy to talk to, non-judgmental, interested and probing but not pushy. She is very understanding and is excellent at getting to the heart of the matter, and then building confidence again and giving advice on how to cope with the day to day challenges along the recovery route. I would recommend Gaynor to anyone seeking counselling.

Gaynor listens and gives neutral advice. She does not "take sides" and helps you work through your own thoughts and feelings without telling you what is either right or wrong. I found her easy to talk and listen to. She helped me to rationalise the negative issues I was having about my relationship. I did not realise how much my past had impacted my current life and attitudes. At our last meeting I was ready to move on as I no longer felt the same way as I did. I have gone from being an anxious blubbering mess, to a happy, vibrant, positive person, who is ready to take on the world. It's great to have "me" back again! I would recommend Gaynor to anyone. If you are feeling unsure about getting help, please consider therapy. Yes it can be expensive, but the help far outweighs the cost. I am so glad that I found this website. Gaynor, thank you for listening, making me feel positive again and finding the real me! x.
