Christina was very welcoming and open to listen and comforting in that I didn't feel I had to hold back on anything I needed to say, and whatever the subject was at the time Christina would let me talk, cry and get angry at times to express my emotions in a way that made me feel relaxed and at ease. After having counselling previously elsewhere to which I didn't feel 100% comfortable with or that I achieved what I needed to, I was in no doubt that when I got to where I felt I needed to with Christina I was a different person both mentally and physically.

Christina was so helpful and non judgemental. She was warm, but professional and gave me space to express myself. This experience has provided me with life long tools to help me be more mindful, calm and happy. I felt respected and safe and the positive impact this has had on me and my family is invaluable.
