Amanda was great. She allowed me to open up and talk about how I had been feeling for a long time. She sat and listened but also asked the questions that I needed asking.

Amanda is very approachable and creates a safe space to discuss your issues. I feel that I am benefiting from the counselling already and look forward to continuing my sessions as I work towards my defined goals. I would definitely recommend Amanda to anyone looking for counselling.

Amanda, although very professional in her approach at counselling, is easy to talk to and I immediately felt at home in her presence. I think the sessions I have had so far have been helpful and thought provoking.
