Polly is very kind and considerate and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable very quickly and would recommend Polly to others seeking someone to help them through some things they are struggling with. She has a variety of approaches and is able to adapt so long as you are open and honest. She is insightful and intelligent, often pointing out things I had not realised and patterns I did not realise existed.

"The decision to come for therapy is an important step - my approach is to support a client's strengths (which are many), and work together to change negative patterns. It can be a challenging process, which brings about positive change. As a therapist it is a great pleasure to witness."

As well as being a good listener she is very proactive in helping me move forward in life after having a difficult past. She has taught me coping mechanisms and given me a stronger sense of self-esteem. Issues have been resolved with her help and ways of dealing with situations that aren't able to be changed. I highly recommend her.
