Very understanding, easy to talk to, she definitely knows her work very well. A lovely ordinary person. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Diane is a very understanding person, this quality makes opening up to Diane very easy. In my situation Diane was very useful at putting things into perspective and explaining how my thought process was unhelpful. A great aspect about Diane is that she gives you the tools to help yourself, she gave me structure to my life which was very important for me at the time. I would 100% recommend Diane for anyone.
