Latest ReviewI saw Patricia following a lot of complex problems including bereavement, family estrangement and serious illness of a loved one, which had resulted in quite severe depression and anxiety. Patricia was always kind, compassionate, non-judgemental and completely professional. Over a year I was able to work through all these, come to terms with them and take control of some very difficult situations with her help and support. I now feel I have the self awareness and confidence to deal with challenging situations, and it has improved my confidence and quality of life immeasurably. I would thoroughly recommend Patricia to anyone considering counselling and am so glad I found her when I did.
