Easy to talk to | Helpfulness | Value for Money |
Ali has a lovely balance between compassion and empathy and being able to challenge you when appropriate - she has been able to gently change my way of thinking and looking at myself, giving me more helpful mental 'tools' to reframe situations and how I respond to them. Its an ongoing process but I feel far more confidence in my own resilience as a result.
