All I can say is that Chris was a God send. There was nothing I couldn’t talk about and the insights that Chris came up with gave me light bulb moments every session. I went from a very scared person to someone who had more awareness of myself, to the point I now feel I have more choices at any given time and more power over who I am and what I do. I couldn’t recommend Chris enough, if you need that therapist that can listen and above all else provide you with in-depth support then Chris is your man.

Chris has been very helpful to us. It was our first experience, but he made us feel very comfortable and it was very easy to talk to him about anything. We highly recommend his counselling.

As a foreigner my biggest fear was of not being understood when it comes to express my feelings and emotions. I was very lucky to have Chris as a therapist because since the first moment I met him I immediately felt very comfortable and at easy and above all I had the feeling that I didn't need to say much for him to understand me. I never felt disappointed or for once had the feeling that Chris was not very interested in helping me. On the contrary, I always felt that in some way he really could feel and was in tune with my feelings and being so the sessions were always a success. Whilst in London, even living far way from his office, I went back to therapy with Chris a couple of times because I really trusted in him as the therapist to whom I could talk, reveal my deepest problems, traumas and fears, and I knew that he would put his heart on the problem to help me and to look at life and problems from a happier. Every single day I use his techniques and kind words to get me through life.
