Ambrose worked with me for over a year helping me curing a bulimia disorder I had lived with for over 10 years. I had been to other therapists in the past, but had lost faith as I never managed to find someone who would actually help me with the practicalities of changing what had been such a big part of my life, as well as helping me putting my worries into perspective. I found Jana very easy to talk to, right from the off. I felt able to relax. Jana was very perceptive and always gave me plenty of food for thought at the end of each session. The frequency of the sessions was at my pace, initially weekly, and then two weekly. Thanks to Jana, I understand myself much more now, and feel much more capable of managing my anxiety and depression. Highly recommended.
