Latest ReviewSarah is very easy to talk to, and was really good at guiding me through my thinking and challenge me on my behaviours with the techniques she uses. Sarah is a brilliant listener; she listens attentively and takes in quite a lot and remembers all the details for the next session. Sarah was able to put things into perspective for me, and was able to unpick all the conflicting emotions I had. Things became much clearer as the sessions progressed. Sarah doesn't specialise in one particular area - she is quite versatile, and has various techniques to use in different situations. I have already recommended Sarah to other people, and would definitely recommend her certainly and at least for the areas which I needed help with, namely relationship problems and anger management.

Latest ReviewGill is extremely calm and understanding. In our first session she outlined her credentials and immediately put me at ease. Each session ended on a positive note and Gill was extremely helpful with coping techniques and understanding with difficult issues. I always felt my treatment was what came first and at the point when my recovery was becoming clear there was never any pressure to continue having sessions when they were no longer necessary. Additionally I was discouraged from booking too many sessions as it would not have given me enough time to digest the previous session. Gill was a fantastic counsellor and her help was greatly beneficial and appreciated.

Latest ReviewFrom my first session with Tony I knew I'd found the right therapist. He made me feel so at ease and I felt so comfortable talking to him. I saw the signs that my weekly sessions with Tony we're helping me very early into my counselling. A year later and I feel like a totally different man to the one that first went to see Tony. I was in a dark place but now I can genuinely say I love life. For the first time in my life. I've unearthed a confidence that I never believed I could have. I will be forever greatful to Tony.
