I found Jana very easy to talk to, right from the off. I felt able to relax. Jana was very perceptive and always gave me plenty of food for thought at the end of each session. The frequency of the sessions was at my pace, initially weekly, and then two weekly. Thanks to Jana, I understand myself much more now, and feel much more capable of managing my anxiety and depression. Highly recommended.

Clive helps to create an environment where you are able to discuss your fears and insecurities without feeling like you are being judged. His calm, reassuring nature helps to offer both security and guidance to face your issues and see a path out of them.

Clive was really very calm, considered and kind in helping me deal with the things I had on my mind. I feel he was honest and to the point. He was also super punctual.

I had needed advise on some personal issues and how to deal with certain feelings which I was victim to and couldn't even understand. Clive was very helpful and talking to him was very useful. He dealt with me as an individual rather than as a patient taking into account my own personal needs and helping and advising me with them. It was a very relaxing experience to talk to him and he created a home-like environment. This was something I had essentially required to change my life and mindset at the time and the many fears and anxieties I was prone to and he provided this to me so that I could find the courage to open up and talk to him. I am very grateful to Clive for helping me pass through the most difficult phase of my life until now and am most certain in the future as well for only I know how emotionally exahausting those days had been. Diane put me at my ease straight away. I came out of my first session excited and pleased that I'd found someone who could help me. I think it will be slow progress changing 45 years of ingrained behaviour, but I am confident Diane will be there to help and support in any way I need.

Diane made me feel at ease straight away, I went to my first session nervous and apprehensive. I honestly thought I had no reason to go there and problems I was having weren't that important and should be able to cope with on my own. I can honestly say making the decision to start therapy was the best thing I've done. Diane helped me realise that what I was going through was normal and it was ok to ask for help, her office was homely and inviting, not clinical like I was expecting. The tools I've gained will help with day to day issues, as well as the big issues I need to process. Having the knowledge of how the brain works and how to change my thinking so it can work properly, has made processing any obstacles that come up easier. During my sessions with Diane, I've gained confidence to do things I never would have, I've learned to love myself, know my worth, and what I deserve in life. It was like talking to a friend, I cried at times, but also laughed, I felt at home, and without therapy I don't know where I would be.

She is really easy to talk to, I felt comfortable from the get go. I was anxious about going to therapy, but Diane made my experience much easier. She always made me feel at ease when discussing any aspect of my life.

Diane is everything you need in a therapist. She is understanding, welcoming, a great listener, helps you think in different ways or ways you may not have thought of trying, uses various strategies to help with whatever you are struggling with, along with many more positive qualities. Diane has a lot of experience and has a huge wealth of knowledge. Her integrative therapy means the client is exposed to a box of magic which will get to the root of any issues and help, heal and nourish. Diane is kind and patient and sets you at ease immediately. Her method is clear, helpful and concise and a great go-to when one needs a quick reminder of positive behaviour enabling the process to become more automatic in all situations. Diana was there in my time of need. My professional life was spinning out of control and I didn't know where to turn as I had lost my confidence and couldn't even converse with colleagues in meetings. My negative thoughts were consuming.....I needed help. I only saw Diana for a few sessions but she put things into perspective and retrained my brain to allow me to go back in that meeting room with confidence. I'm still not the old me but I'm better after seeing Diana.
