Cyrous has a very calm and understanding demeanour and it is extremely easy to discuss any topic with him. He has made me look at issues in a new light and a positive manner and I will continue to have many sessions going forward.

Cyrous is absolutely wonderful to speak to. He is extremely experienced in what he does, and whilst I was sceptical at first since it’s so daunting to make the decision of finding a therapist, I instantly started to realize he had the experience and knowledge to aid with my anger issues.

I have now had three counselling sessions with Cyrous and I’m going to have as many as it takes to help me with my anger issues. Cyrous is very easy to talk to, even about private subjects. He proposes ideas that you may have even heard before but always in a way you haven't considered and how that could apply to you. He is very calm and reassuring, making you feel relaxed as you talk. He is pragmatic and realistic in his advice and often will lead you to draw conclusions yourself, making things easier to take on. I've only seen him about 4 times so far but already I've seen improvements in my situation. He's excellent at what he does and I really recommend him as a therapist.
