Becky has a very calm, friendly and approachable manner. I felt very safe in her hands and this allowed me to talk freely about what was on my mind without judgement. Becky was good at establishing trust and an easy conversation at a steady pace, a conversation that carried over and developed over multiple sessions, without herself talking a great deal, simple steering our sessions back to the issues I identified for myself, allowing me to keep myself honest, recognise my own sources of anxiety, stress, anger and also resilience and strength.
