I went to Peter because of long-standing issues with my sleep, and found his approach of working with the whole body and physical manifestations of emotions, as well as the mind, extremely useful. Peter was always patient, and also challenged me to explore areas of my past, personal relationships and family which I had not fully addressed or understood, which were playing out in my sleep. I was extremely grateful to Peter for his help and guidance during a difficult period, which led to some really positive and far-reaching changes in my personal and working life.

Peter provided a warm, compassionate, and understanding environment. During our work he helped me overcome and understand past behaviours and recognise and understand my emotions, until even the difficult emotions became OK to experience. Perhaps the biggest strength of our work was how he helped me realise and unlock my potential. Peter is an experienced therapist who really cares about his clients and is committed to this vocation. My partner and I were stuck in an unhappy and distant relationship. Peter skilfully supported both of us without taking sides or blaming. He patiently taught us both to identify and communicate our feelings in healthier ways. Peter handled this with such sensitivity that for the first time my partner was able to talk about experiences he was very ashamed of and had kept secret all his life.
