Becky was good at establishing trust and an easy conversation at a steady pace, a conversation that carried over and developed over multiple sessions, without herself talking a great deal, simple steering our sessions back to the issues I identified for myself, allowing me to keep myself honest, recognise my own sources of anxiety, stress, anger and also resilience and strength.
