Simon is a calming presence; he slows down the fast pace of life and has a soothing, kind tone. This has helped me to step back from problems, dial down racing thoughts, and view issues with greater clarity, objectivity and kindness. He explains concepts clearly and gets to the root of the issues quickly. We have focused on mindfulness, early years experiences/relationships, establishing boundaries, self-esteem and building a sense of self.

His openness and ability to listen and understand with a non judgemental and friendly approach made it very easy to discuss personal issues. When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. If you are looking for an empathic, calm and warm therapist, Simon is the right place for you. I feel comfortable with him, he encourages me to open up and I was able to establish a very good relationship of trust with Simon. I have already been able to take a lot with me from the therapy sessions.
