When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. If you are looking for an empathic, calm and warm therapist, Simon is the right place for you. I feel comfortable with him, he encourages me to open up and I was able to establish a very good relationship of trust with Simon. I have already been able to take a lot with me from the therapy sessions.

James is easy to talk to, listens well, and is not judgemental. He helped me come to my own realisations about my problems and offered many practical solutions to specific issues I was having, as well as looking back to the past to see where those issues came from in the first place.
