Malvinder is very professional and helpful. She makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you are dealing with issues one at a time and that you take your time doing so. She does not rush the process and offers a different range of techniques, really catering to your needs. If I am uncomfortable with a certain exercise or technique she always has a back up to offer. One of my favourite qualities Malvinder possesses is that she has very clear boundaries and in that sense you always know the relationship you have is from client to therapist. She is well read and well researched in self care and therapy practices and if you have an interest in something or something is working for you she can recommend a range of literature. Most important of all she creates a safe environment and you never feel judged for your emotions, past or present situation. Overall, I would definitely recommend Malvinder as a therapist.

Simon has been incredible, when I first entered therapy I wasn’t sure where I was going, just that something didn’t feel right. Through gentle, caring and open conversation Simon has helped me understand these issues as well as helping me to navigate them and their causes. I can easily say that over the last six months, with Simon’s guidance, my life has changed into a far more peaceful and open one than previously.

Simon is a calming presence; he slows down the fast pace of life and has a soothing, kind tone. This has helped me to step back from problems, dial down racing thoughts, and view issues with greater clarity, objectivity and kindness. He explains concepts clearly and gets to the root of the issues quickly. We have focused on mindfulness, early years experiences/relationships, establishing boundaries, self-esteem and building a sense of self.

When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. If you are looking for an empathic, calm and warm therapist, Simon is the right place for you. I feel comfortable with him, he encourages me to open up and I was able to establish a very good relationship of trust with Simon. I have already been able to take a lot with me from the therapy sessions.

Malgorzata has been extremely warm and empathetic. I found it very easy to open up to her about difficult situations in my past. Without ever feeling judged. She uses a variety of methods, and is very flexible with how she approaches different issues. I have been dealing with Ocd since my childhood. Gosia (Malgorzata) is an incredibly amazing person who helped me understand so many of my troubles. After years of being disappointed by NHS therapy, I was hesitant to try paid therapy but I couldn’t recommend Gosia more. My anxiety and OCD is manageable and something I learn to live with due to the help of Gosia's support. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Malgorzata (Gosia) is very warm and empathetic. I immediately felt comfortable speaking with her and feel grateful for how easy she made it. She asked the right questions and helped guide me towards a deeper understanding of myself. Her style is quite flexible, in that it varies depending on what I wanted to cover. We did a lot of inner child work which involved recounting experiences and envisioning them. I feel I have come a long way in 16 sessions and would recommend Gosia to anyone on their healing journey. Really happy with my experience!
