James is easy to talk to, listens well, and is not judgemental. He helped me come to my own realisations about my problems and offered many practical solutions to specific issues I was having, as well as looking back to the past to see where those issues came from in the first place. Overall I greatly recommend James as a therapist.

James was very good at getting me thinking about and explaining issues that I had with regards to my anger, and also explaining how to overcome and think about the consequences before I act on whatever had upset or made me angry. I highly recommend James as he is so easy to talk to and also listens and advises.

James creates a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in his home. Rather than just sitting and talking, James offers different ways of approaching topics and issues. He invites you to take part in activities at home and gives 'homework'. James made me think about subjects from a different perspective and gave my partner and I equal time to share our views. I highly recommend James to couples or individuals seeking counselling.

Becky has a very calm, friendly and approachable manner. I felt very safe in her hands and this allowed me to talk freely about what was on my mind without judgement. She was professional and above all she was present at all times we were in session. That hour was for me and about me and that is what I needed. I would highly recommend Becky!

Becky was good at establishing trust and an easy conversation at a steady pace, a conversation that carried over and developed over multiple sessions, without herself talking a great deal, simple steering our sessions back to the issues I identified for myself, allowing me to keep myself honest, recognise my own sources of anxiety, stress, anger and also resilience and strength. In other words Becky was good at listening and then establishing and maintaining a structure for our ongoing conversation.

Simon has been incredible, when I first entered therapy I wasn’t sure where I was going, just that something didn’t feel right. Through gentle, caring and open conversation Simon has helped me understand these issues as well as helping me to navigate them and their causes. Simon is a calming presence; he slows down the fast pace of life and has a soothing, kind tone. This has helped me to step back from problems, dial down racing thoughts, and view issues with greater clarity, objectivity and kindness. He explains concepts clearly and gets to the root of the issues quickly. We have focused on mindfulness, early years experiences/relationships, establishing boundaries, self-esteem and building a sense of self.

When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. If you are looking for an empathic, calm and warm therapist, Simon is the right place for you. I feel comfortable with him, he encourages me to open up and I was able to establish a very good relationship of trust with Simon. I have already been able to take a lot with me from the therapy sessions.

Malgorzata has been extremely warm and empathetic. I found it very easy to open up to her about difficult situations in my past. Without ever feeling judged. She uses a variety of methods, and is very flexible with how she approaches different issues. I have been dealing with Ocd since my childhood. After unpacking a lot of my fears and finding their origins with Malgorzata, I feel a lot emotionally healthier then ever before.

Gosia (Malgorzata) is an incredibly amazing person who helped me understand so many of my troubles. After years of being disappointed by NHS therapy, I was hesitant to try paid therapy but I couldn’t recommend Gosia more. My anxiety and OCD is manageable and something I learn to live with due to the help of Gosia's support. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Malgorzata (Gosia) is very warm and empathetic. I immediately felt comfortable speaking with her and feel grateful for how easy she made it. She asked the right questions and helped guide me towards a deeper understanding of myself. Her style is quite flexible, in that it varies depending on what I wanted to cover. We did a lot of inner child work which involved recounting experiences and envisioning them. I feel I have come a long way in 16 sessions and would recommend Gosia to anyone on their healing journey. Really happy with my experience!

Gosia is very easy to talk to and extremely empathetic. You can actually feel how much she cares. She is very knowledgeable and uses very good examples and analogies to explain her points. I am so glad that I started therapy and so thankful that I chose Gosia as my therapist.

Gosia was an excellent therapist, helping me understand my anxiety and opened up my eyes to the various techniques and methods I can apply on a daily basis. Her calming and compassionate personality provided a safe place where I felt understood and able to talk deeply about my feelings and emotions. I'm very glad I found Gosia, highly recommend her services.

A very understanding but objective therapist who clearly doesn't have any preconceptions about your situation. Malgorzata has used a variety of techniques, and whilst I have controlled the subject matter, she has been able to maintain focus and ensure that each week has had a coherent structure.

Gosia has helped change my life and my understanding of myself. She provides a safe, non-judgemental, environment to explore yourself and face difficult realisations. She is very easy to talk to and open up to, and can work with you using different methods depending on the type of work you want/need to do, or the outcome you are looking for.

Malgorzata has opened my eyes to issues that I wasn't aware of, which made me think differently and helped me to release some of the burdens I carried with me for long time. Also my way of communication has improved. Malgorzata is very supportive and open, knowledgable and conscientious, a good listener and connective.
