He helped me come to my own realisations about my problems and offered many practical solutions to specific issues I was having, as well as looking back to the past to see where those issues came from in the first place. When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. If you are looking for an empathic, calm and warm therapist, Simon is the right place for you. Words can't describe how excellent Dr Oby is as a therapist. I went to her about an original issue and she was able to see past that, get to the real root of the problem and helped me sort out all of my issues. At the same time she did not rush me, let me take my time with my original issue and then gently guided me in a right direction.
