Very calm and very sympathetic but also knows how to challenge you and your ideas in a sensitive way. Excellent analytical thoughts and ways of seeing your story from a different angle. Nadia is a warm person and it feels like she’s really rooting for you. Would highly recommend her.

Nadia immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease; she had an aura of understanding and this helped me open up and discuss issues that were difficult for me to deal with. Nadia proved to be very patient, her words were calming and she gave me plenty of insights and ideas to think about that have helped incredibly. I went away after every session thinking about what had been discussed, and her advice has helped me shape my behavior in a far more positive way. Perhaps what helped me the most was knowing that we came from the same cultural background - this allowed me to express myself easily and I knew instinctively that she understood where I was coming from when I spoke about certain matters. It has been an eye opening experience, and I am very grateful for it.

Simon has been incredible, when I first entered therapy I wasn’t sure where I was going, just that something didn’t feel right. Through gentle, caring and open conversation Simon has helped me understand these issues as well as helping me to navigate them and their causes. I can easily say that over the last six months, with Simon’s guidance, my life has changed into a far more peaceful and open one than previously.

Simon is a calming presence; he slows down the fast pace of life and has a soothing, kind tone. This has helped me to step back from problems, dial down racing thoughts, and view issues with greater clarity, objectivity and kindness. He explains concepts clearly and gets to the root of the issues quickly. We have focused on mindfulness, early years experiences/relationships, establishing boundaries, self-esteem and building a sense of self.

When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. If you are looking for an empathic, calm and warm therapist, Simon is the right place for you. I feel comfortable with him, he encourages me to open up and I was able to establish a very good relationship of trust with Simon. I have already been able to take a lot with me from the therapy sessions.

Chris is a fantastic listener but is equally skilled at saying the right things to help you achieve the results you are looking for. I went to see Chris in the hope he would help me to cope with deep rooted anxiety, but also to overcome a lack of self confidence. Amazingly he was able to help with both in a relatively short space of time, so I would definitely recommend him to others.

I was suffering from anxiety and when I first went to Chris for help I was not sure what to expect. Having never had counselling before I was nervous and was slightly pessimistic about if it would help me in any way. However Chris changed all that. He was very reassuring and instantly made me feel comfortable with him. The time I have spent with him has significantly made a positive impact relieving my anxiety. I feel I am in a better position to deal with my anxious feeling. Am more positive and each time I see him I feel I have a better handle on my life. I would recommend him to anyone considering counselling.

He showed great knowledge and experience within his area of expertise and within a few sessions with him he came to show me and help me deal with my problems. Chris is a very calm person as expected but what I like the most is that he broke things down for me and explained things in simple terms. Paola is a great listener. She helped me to see my problems in [a] different light and place the right weight on them. I do not want to sound cheesy but she really helped me change my life for the better.
