Words can't describe how excellent Dr Oby is as a therapist. I went to her about an original issue and she was able to see past that, get to the real root of the problem and helped me sort out all of my issues. At the same time she did not rush me, let me take my time with my original issue and then gently guided me in a right direction.

Chris is a fantastic listener but is equally skilled at saying the right things to help you achieve the results you are looking for. I went to see Chris in the hope he would help me to cope with deep rooted anxiety, but also to overcome a lack of self confidence. Amazingly he was able to help with both in a relatively short space of time, so I would definitely recommend him to others.

I was suffering from anxiety and when I first went to Chris for help I was not sure what to expect. Having never had counselling before I was nervous and was slightly pessimistic about if it would help me in any way. However Chris changed all that. He was very reassuring and instantly made me feel comfortable with him. The time I have spent with him has significantly made a positive impact relieving my anxiety. I feel I am in a better position to deal with my anxious feeling. Am more positive and each time I see him I feel I have a better handle on my life. I would recommend him to anyone considering counselling.

Chris was very welcoming and very easy to talk to on the initial visit. He showed great knowledge and experience within his area of expertise and within a few sessions with him he came to show me and help me deal with my problems. Chris is a very calm person as expected but what I like the most is that he broke things down for me and explained things in simple terms. I have to say that I am in a much better place today with thanks to Chris and I would very highly recommend him to anybody who has any kind of anxiety problems.

She has an immediate casual and comfortable approach that makes one feel at ease from the start. I felt very comfortable during our sessions and chats where I was always optimistic that progress would be made. It's obviously vital that a therapist and client are on a similar wave length and for that I felt Billi was adaptable and most competent. Our sessions varied and Billi certainly made me think of certain problems in another way where it was positive to see things from another angle and perspective. Billi is also the very first therapist that I've used and I feel that she is extremely good at her job, and I would certainly recommend her services to anyone seeking help for the first time or even having used a previous therapist where it did not quite work out. I feel the professional relationship between a therapist and client is most personal and Billi certainly provides a first class service.
