Latest ReviewHaving been sent as a child into a family therapy unit, and subsequently sent to sessions when I developed M.E. my faith in counsellors was pretty fragmented. I wasn't sure what to expect. Its been nearly 6 months now and I feel like a weight has been taken from my mind. I probably couldn't offer the right words to qualify my appreciation of finally finding someone who can answer the questions I've carried with me. So very thankful.

Latest ReviewTony created an atmosphere where I felt I could speak freely without judgement or needing to hide anything, and he understood with a perceptive and compassionate outlook. He helped me to explore problems that I was worried about, and to reframe them, so I understood them (and myself) a lot more clearly. This gave me greater peace of mind, which I still benefit from now, several weeks after finishing therapy.
