He helped me come to my own realisations about my problems and offered many practical solutions to specific issues I was having, as well as looking back to the past to see where those issues came from in the first place. Malvinder is very professional and helpful. She makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you are dealing with issues one at a time and that you take your time doing so. She does not rush the process and offers a different range of techniques, really catering to your needs. If I am uncomfortable with a certain exercise or technique she always has a back up to offer. One of my favourite qualities Malvinder possesses is that she has very clear boundaries and in that sense you always know the relationship you have is from client to therapist. She is well read and well researched in self care and therapy practices and if you have an interest in something or something is working for you she can recommend a range of literature. Most important of all she creates a safe environment and you never feel judged for your emotions, past or present situation. Overall, I would definitely recommend Malvinder as a therapist.
