I'd never been to any sort of therapy before and I was very nervous and sceptical about the whole thing. Following a rough time in my life I decided to give it a go and I've not looked back. She has helped me so much over the past year and what I like about Paula is that she 'gets it' and can give positive and useful advice, which I'm able to take outside with me to face the world.
