Tony is absolutely brilliant, experienced and dedicated as a therapist. He listens, engages - provides accessible examples that have really helped my husband and me understand and work through issues. He provides good and useful information links and was also flexible to communicate via Skype and email if really necessary. Tony is very wise empathetic, respectful and considerate. He has a wonderful way of making one feel valued and I feel fortunate that I came across him as I would not be where I am personally or professionally without his support. Helen has a good understanding of when to ask questions and when to allow the client to talk. She listens carefully to what is being said (as well as what was not being said)...her interventions were always pertinent and helped to move the discussion forward.
