Helen is friendly, approachable and non-judgmental. Despite this being my first experience of therapy, I felt comfortable throughout...no awkward moments. Helen has a good understanding of when to ask questions and when to allow the client to talk. She listens carefully to what is being said (as well as what was not being said)...her interventions were always pertinent and helped to move the discussion forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Helen Marsh to others looking for a therapist and would readily return for further sessions should the need arise.
