Simon is so approachable and calm, I felt able to open up fully right away. He listens and offers wisdom without leading me and never has a judgement. I always feel I'm in a safe space with him and always come away feeling empowered, with a lighter outlook and I feel as calm as Simon is.

Simon has been incredible, when I first entered therapy I wasn’t sure where I was going, just that something didn’t feel right. Through gentle, caring and open conversation Simon has helped me understand these issues as well as helping me to navigate them and their causes. I can easily say that over the last six months, with Simon’s guidance, my life has changed into a far more peaceful and open one than previously.

Simon is a calming presence; he slows down the fast pace of life and has a soothing, kind tone. This has helped me to step back from problems, dial down racing thoughts, and view issues with greater clarity, objectivity and kindness. He explains concepts clearly and gets to the root of the issues quickly. We have focused on mindfulness, early years experiences/relationships, establishing boundaries, self-esteem and building a sense of self.

When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. If you are looking for an empathic, calm and warm therapist, Simon is the right place for you. I feel comfortable with him, he encourages me to open up and I was able to establish a very good relationship of trust with Simon. I have already been able to take a lot with me from the therapy sessions.

Chris is a fantastic listener but is equally skilled at saying the right things to help you achieve the results you are looking for. I went to see Chris in the hope he would help me to cope with deep rooted anxiety, but also to overcome a lack of self confidence. Amazingly he was able to help with both in a relatively short space of time, so I would definitely recommend him to others.

Carol has really helped me. The structure of her communication is clear and easy to follow. The exercises we have run through together in the sessions, as well as the 'homework' she set me are simple but powerful and I've seen real progress with my OCD and anxiety. Carol is kind, open and leaves space for me to 'think out loud' and vocalise my feelings. She is a wonderful therapist and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Carol has helped me put my feelings into words, my fears, my lack of self worth and my depression, she has helped me to explore being a victim of crime/violence, my disability which occurred through that, I finally found a place that I could feel safe and a place to speak and to cry, I'm on the road to learning to manage my thoughts better.

Carol really helped me understand some of my current behaviours are linked to the events of my past. She has helped me to think about what actions I might want to take to overcome these. Patient, listened and friendly, she offered really useful advice and I never felt rushed.

Carol is extremely good at using lucid terms, to articulate what is happening to me. She offers practical and simple solutions that are easy to enact while I endeavour to work on how to move forward with life. I do not feel rushed to create change, however. Carol also has helped by creating a space where I do not feel like my problems are insurmountable, or idiotic.

Adrian made me feel so comfortable to talk about my life since the first session. He opened up a new way to see things that were not so clear for me. I highly recommend him and for individual sessions or couple sessions.
