Philip is able to create a relaxing environment and was able to empathise very quickly. Philip has an ability to identify the root cause quickly and relate back to me in an easy to understand style. Philip was able to challenge me to think differently about the issues that I was facing which has had a profound benefit both in my private and professional life. I would use Philip again.
