Malgorzata has been extremely warm and empathetic. I found it very easy to open up to her about difficult situations in my past. Without ever feeling judged. She uses a variety of methods, and is very flexible with how she approaches different issues. I have been dealing with Ocd since my childhood. After unpacking a lot of my fears and finding their origins with Malgorzata, I feel a lot emotionally healthier then ever before.

Gosia (Malgorzata) is an incredibly amazing person who helped me understand so many of my troubles. After years of being disappointed by NHS therapy, I was hesitant to try paid therapy but I couldn’t recommend Gosia more. My anxiety and OCD is manageable and something I learn to live with due to the help of Gosia's support. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Malgorzata (Gosia) is very warm and empathetic. I immediately felt comfortable speaking with her and feel grateful for how easy she made it. She asked the right questions and helped guide me towards a deeper understanding of myself. Her style is quite flexible, in that it varies depending on what I wanted to cover. We did a lot of inner child work which involved recounting experiences and envisioning them. I feel I have come a long way in 16 sessions and would recommend Gosia to anyone on their healing journey. Really happy with my experience!

A very understanding but objective therapist who clearly doesn't have any preconceptions about your situation. Malgorzata has used a variety of techniques, and whilst I have controlled the subject matter, she has been able to maintain focus and ensure that each week has had a coherent structure.

Gosia has helped change my life and my understanding of myself. She provides a safe, non-judgemental, environment to explore yourself and face difficult realisations. She is very easy to talk to and open up to, and can work with you using different methods depending on the type of work you want/need to do, or the outcome you are looking for.

Malgorzata has opened my eyes to issues that I wasn't aware of, which made me think differently and helped me to release some of the burdens I carried with me for long time. Also my way of communication has improved. Malgorzata is very supportive and open, knowledgable and conscientious, a good listener and connective.

James is easy to talk to, listens well, and is not judgemental. He helped me come to my own realisations about my problems and offered many practical solutions to specific issues I was having, as well as looking back to the past to see where those issues came from in the first place. Overall I greatly recommend James as a therapist.

James creates a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in his home. Rather than just sitting and talking, James offers different ways of approaching topics and issues. He invites you to take part in activities at home and gives 'homework'. James made me think about subjects from a different perspective and gave my partner and I equal time to share our views. I highly recommend James to couples or individuals seeking counselling.
