Latest ReviewLin was very fair and did not take sides in the sessions, providing a truly unbiased discussion. She was able to challenge in a constructive manner which allowed us to answer questions honestly and get issues out that we may have left unspoken. We both felt incredibly comfortable from the beginning and she has helped us to overcome, and learn from, what we believed was an insurmountable issue.

Latest ReviewKaukab has been immensely helpful in my journey towards better mental health. She has encouraged me, seemed to be able to ask questions that quickly get to the heart of the issue (even when I haven't known what that was) and been very perceptive in her insights. She is easy to talk to and it's definitely worth spending the money on each session with her. We have been tackling issues surrounding my low self esteem which has had a really positive impact on dealing with my depression. With her support I hope to be successful in trying to come off my medication this year. After each session I come away with ideas of things to try, and I can honestly say that working on these areas has been key to my improvements. Thank you Kaukab for all your help so far.

Latest ReviewRachael has been a great help, allowing me to explore all the relevant issues relating to my concern. I felt able to share my problems without feeling anxiety or being judged. I feel I have made real progress during our counselling sessions and Rachael has equipped me with some of the tools to continue this progress. I feel much more positive about life since speaking to her. Highly recommended.
