Latest ReviewSarah is very easy to talk to, and was really good at guiding me through my thinking and challenge me on my behaviours with the techniques she uses. Sarah is a brilliant listener; she listens attentively and takes in quite a lot and remembers all the details for the next session. Sarah was able to put things into perspective for me, and was able to unpick all the conflicting emotions I had. Things became much clearer as the sessions progressed. Sarah doesn't specialise in one particular area - she is quite versatile, and has various techniques to use in different situations. I have already recommended Sarah to other people, and would definitely recommend her certainly and at least for the areas which I needed help with, namely relationship problems and anger management.
