When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. Malgorzata (Gosia) is very warm and empathetic. I immediately felt comfortable speaking with her and feel grateful for how easy she made it. She asked the right questions and helped guide me towards a deeper understanding of myself. Her style is quite flexible, in that it varies depending on what I wanted to cover. We did a lot of inner child work which involved recounting experiences and envisioning them. I feel I have come a long way in 16 sessions and would recommend Gosia to anyone on their healing journey. Really happy with my experience!
