She is great. I have attended only two sessions so far but she has helped me to see things differently and put the focus back on myself. I highly recommend her. It's so easy to talk too, she makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. I don't have anything bad to say about her or the way she works at all!

Pauline is amazing, so insightful, caring and she's really helped me so much in two sessions than any other therapist has done in longer time! I will be having long term counselling with her. Highly recommend.

I found my sessions with Pauline most helpful, with her sensitive and gentle ways of enabling me to clear some of the clutter in my mind, by talking through them. I had a number of different pressures on me when I started our sessions, and Pauline helped me to find perspective and to work on my solutions. There are still other things on my mind to deal with, and I will certainly contact Pauline to help me in the future.
