Bereavement ReviewSarah was very easy to talk to and was able to get me to look at things from a different perspective. She was attentive and made me feel at ease, even when I found myself talking about other things unrelated to bereavement. This was my first time using a counsellor and I definitely saw the benefit.

Latest ReviewTony created an atmosphere where I felt I could speak freely without judgement or needing to hide anything, and he understood with a perceptive and compassionate outlook. He helped me to explore problems that I was worried about, and to reframe them, so I understood them (and myself) a lot more clearly. This gave me greater peace of mind, which I still benefit from now, several weeks after finishing therapy.

It's so easy to talk too, she makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. I don't have anything bad to say about her or the way she works at all!
