Richard is a very warming person and very easy to talk to. Richard can put things in perspective and guide you on the right path. Richard gave me reasons to problems I couldn’t see myself. He help me understand and accept things, hopefully will help me to move on.

Really good listening, very patient and I felt he really understood the issues I was having very quickly. Gave me some great advice and helped me look again with a fresh pair of eyes at some of the problems I was experiencing.

Richard has an easy going manner, talking through any problems that I have and having someone who understands is great. From the moment that I arrive I know he is there for me, that has been really important over the last few months. Having someone who is not a relation or a friend but someone I can chat to about all that is on my mind. Luckily he knows that I find writing things down, especially about my feelings is not something that I enjoy or relish, I said I would try and write a diary which he encouraged. If asked I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good therapist.
