Latest ReviewKaukab has been immensely helpful in my journey towards better mental health. She has encouraged me, seemed to be able to ask questions that quickly get to the heart of the issue (even when I haven't known what that was) and been very perceptive in her insights. She is easy to talk to and it's definitely worth spending the money on each session with her. We have been tackling issues surrounding my low self esteem which has had a really positive impact on dealing with my depression. With her support I hope to be successful in trying to come off my medication this year. After each session I come away with ideas of things to try, and I can honestly say that working on these areas has been key to my improvements. Thank you Kaukab for all your help so far.

Latest ReviewPat is very calming and easy to talk to. She put me at ease from my first session when I first sought help a few years ago, when I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression after having been very physically ill and having problems with my family relationships. She is patient and understanding, guiding me to find my own answers and feeling better. I still attend as I find talking to her helps me maintain my mental wellbeing.
