Easy to talk to
CBT for Generalised Anxiety ReviewPat is very calming and easy to talk to. She put me at ease from my first session when I first sought help a few years ago, when I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression after having been very physically ill and having problems with my family relationships. She is patient and understanding, guiding me to find my own answers and feeling better. I still attend as I find talking to her helps me maintain my mental wellbeing.
