Rachel is very good at listening even if it seems like I've been talking for too long and will always remind me of useful techniques I can employ to combat my problems. I always feel as if I can speak freely with Rachel.

Rachel listens and approaches every issue with depth, empathy and understanding. I find Rachel down to earth, and free of platitudes and buzzwords. She doesn't try to fix you, she tries to help you understand yourself, and your situation.

Extremely good at teaching you techniques on how to deal with your emotions and also being aware of your triggers. Rachel also makes you aware that you are not always going to get it right and that its ok that its not always going to be a smooth ride. Rachel is very supportive and very good at explaining reasons why you may feel the way you do, working together to help get a clearer picture in your head on how to move forward. I would most definitely recommend Rachel to anyone that has ongoing problems. I myself will be carrying on my therapy as the support and experience that I get from Rachel will help me to deal with not only things that have happened in my past but also present situations where I have felt that I have not dealt with properly.

My first experience of therapy. Rachel was a good and attentive listener who allowed me to describe the issues in my own time and way. Her input was incisive and illuminating, enabling me to see the issues from another angle, facilitating balance and the realisation that I wasn't mentally unsound. Rachel established that I did not need continuing therapy, and that outcome was most reassuring. I came away happier and better informed than when I first arrived, and I thank Rachel for that.
