Karen communicates and makes you feel very relaxed whilst making a positive impact on your current mind set and worries. I also feel that Karen works very hard in and out of her profession to help people, and I genuinely believe Karen is there to help people and is really committed to making a positive impact on all people that need help or need someone to listen to. I have been with Karen for nearly 4 years and she has made a massive impact and positive role in my well being and my life. Helping me understand my past and also helping with today - Karen is worth her weight in gold.
