Psychotherapy

Ability to listen and always offers guidance to every situation. Gives very professional advice. The important thing for me was the fact that Ilse asked a lot about the past trying to find out all background information. This way I was able to share things with her and talk about reasons for my anxiety. Ilse was able to name things which helped me understand what it is that I suffer from.

Ilse is very good at picking up on what is not being said but is obviously a problem. She then draws it out of you and it can be discussed at a level you are ready for. I do find the sessions definitely a lot of help. I will continue seeing Ilse for a while yet.

Very approachable and easy to talk to. Is helping us both see a way forward in our relationship and also in ourselves. We have a long way to go but can already see a lot of progress from where we were.
