I was suffering from anxiety and when I first went to Chris for help I was not sure what to expect. Having never had counselling before I was nervous and was slightly pessimistic about if it would help me in any way. However Chris changed all that. She has an immediate casual and comfortable approach that makes one feel at ease from the start. Our sessions varied and Billi certainly made me think of certain problems in another way where it was positive to see things from another angle and perspective.
