  • Binge Eating
  • Bulimia

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which issue regarding your early years and/or adulthood you discuss. An objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a difficulty and discover a way forward which is appropriate for you.

Claudia provided me with a safe haven in my week of non-judgement and brilliant guidance. She listened and spoke with such care and thought, ensuring each session was helpful to my personal journey. When I started sessions my life felt like it was falling apart but time with Claudia helped me reach a healthy and successful perspective and some major life milestones. I could not recommend Claudia more highly to anyone looking for a proactive, experienced and understanding counsellor for whatever is going on in your life.

I found Claudia to be very warm and welcoming when I arrived for my counselling sessions. She is a very good listener and remembers what you have said in previous sessions which really helps the counselling to proceed over the weeks. She never judges and is always there to help you understand and dissect what might be going on inside your head, and how these thoughts and feelings have developed through your lifetime.
