CBT ReviewAmanda was great. She allowed me to open up and talk about how I had been feeling for a long time. She sat and listened but also asked the questions that I needed asking.

Easy to talk to
CBT ReviewI have tried counselling previously but had never felt comfortable enough to open up. John is very easy to talk to and creates an environment in which I felt safe and comfortable to talk. I went to John with suspected BPD, but now it seems that it is PTSD. I have been going almost weekly for approx. 6 months now. He is helping me through an incredibly difficult period of my life and has given me the strength and motivation to keep going.
