I think Helen has significant experience - she patiently listened whilst I splurged a long and complicated (in my head) story and then provided particularly relevant and focused advice.

Helen has really helped both myself and other members of my family. We would highly recommend her for help with dealing with personal relationships and living with family members with narcissism and personality issues. I only wish that we'd seen her years ago!

I have only met Helen twice so far and was very unsure if I was doing the right thing, it is not easy admitting you have a problem and can't cope with life. Frustrated by the lack of support from my GP I am glad that I found this site and met Helen. I feel comfortable and at ease in her presence which has made it easy to talk to her. She has really listened to me and is now helping me understand and deal with my problems. For me personally finding someone who I feel safe and comfortable with was important, but also peace of mind that the person I was talking to is qualified to help me.
