Jane has true empathy and is very insightful. Jane leaves one to 'fill in the blanks' which I found particularly useful in understanding what it was I was feeling and expressing. I felt no awkwardness in expressing my emotions with Jane and felt understood. Jane helped me on my onward journey and is an inspiration in my new career path in mental health. I highly recommend Jane and her professionalism, her congruence and regard towards her client.

Jane is an excellent listener, she empathises well with what you are going through, Jane listens intently and gets to understand the problems you have and advises accordingly. She is calm and professional at all times and welcoming, discreet and flexible with her times and availability.
