John is a wonderful listener and gives constructive feedback which I used to help me make progress and move forwards. John didn't give unrealistic ideas or suggest anything that he knew wouldn't be acceptable to me. He was always mindful of my needs, wishes and personality and worked with me to create and move towards achievable results, whilst also being a voice of reason. Talking to John helped me gain clarity of thought and I felt able to accomplish more than I expected I perhaps would.
