James is easy to talk to, listens well, and is not judgemental. He helped me come to my own realisations about my problems and offered many practical solutions to specific issues I was having, as well as looking back to the past to see where those issues came from in the first place. Overall I greatly recommend James as a therapist.

James was very good at getting me thinking about and explaining issues that I had with regards to my anger, and also explaining how to overcome and think about the consequences before I act on whatever had upset or made me angry. I highly recommend James as he is so easy to talk to and also listens and advises.

James creates a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in his home. Rather than just sitting and talking, James offers different ways of approaching topics and issues. He invites you to take part in activities at home and gives 'homework'. James made me think about subjects from a different perspective and gave my partner and I equal time to share our views. I highly recommend James to couples or individuals seeking counselling.

Simon is so approachable and calm, I felt able to open up fully right away. He listens and offers wisdom without leading me and never has a judgement. I always feel I'm in a safe space with him and always come away feeling empowered, with a lighter outlook and I feel as calm as Simon is.

Simon has been incredible, when I first entered therapy I wasn’t sure where I was going, just that something didn’t feel right. Through gentle, caring and open conversation Simon has helped me understand these issues as well as helping me to navigate them and their causes. Simon is a calming presence; he slows down the fast pace of life and has a soothing, kind tone. This has helped me to step back from problems, dial down racing thoughts, and view issues with greater clarity, objectivity and kindness. When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. If you are looking for an empathic, calm and warm therapist, Simon is the right place for you. I feel comfortable with him, he encourages me to open up and I was able to establish a very good relationship of trust with Simon. I have already been able to take a lot with me from the therapy sessions.
